Welcome to the personal website of the village of Lower Lomna
The village is situated in a picturesque valley on the border Tesinske Beskydy neighboring Poland and Slovakia, the easternmost part of CR. It is a valley, which runs through the crystal clear water of the river Lomna, which ranks among the most beautiful valley of the Beskydy. It is spread over a wide valley enclosed wooded hills on all sides. From the north, protected by a broad ridge Fireplace, on the south side of the peak and the Grand Polom Skalka. The village is situated in a picturesque valley Tesinske Beskydy, together with Upper Lomna starting point for hiking trails on the ridge Polom, where you can go to the White Cross. Tourist huts on the Great Polom, Slavica, Rocky and Fireplace are known center of winter and summer tourism. Lomná Valley is becoming a popular destination for visitors. There are many hiking trails, including the main ridge trail Těšínské Beskydy. Singularity is a virgin forest between Upper and Lower Lomna, one of the biggest in the Czech territory (an area of 169.78 hectares), now available again.
